- Acceptable specimen: 4 mL blood in ORANGE RST or LIME GREEN PST, RED TOP or GREEN TOP tube.
Pediatric specimen if different: 1 Full LIME GREEN MICROTAINER, 1 Full GOLD MICROTAINER
Unacceptable specimens: LAVENDER TOP
